About

We are a real estate development company with more than 20 years of experience across the Middle East and Europe.

The company began as an infrastructure construction firm, specializing in electricity and power infrastructure projects. Building on this strong technical foundation, we later expanded into real estate development, successfully delivering a range of commercial and residential projects.

Today, our portfolio spans multiple regions. We are currently developing a residential project in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, alongside several projects in the Middle East, including a school in Dubai, a labor housing development, and a residential project in Syria.

Our long-standing experience in infrastructure, combined with our real estate expertise, enables us to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments tailored to the needs of each market.
